ZIERFANDLER KLASSIK 2001

The grape is a classic and is indigenous for the area associated with the famed name of wine village of Gumpoldskirchen. The 2001 is spicy and displays exotic fruit aromas, complexity, and is well balanced. Dry at the finish. Perfect for white meat and asparagus. 12.5% Alc. and 5.6 g/l acidity

ROTGIPFLER PRIVAT 2001

"Rotgipfler" is an old white variety grown in the "Thermenregion" (south of Vienna)and a classic in itself. This wine has a delicate and fragile aroma of pistachio and almonds with a touch of oak. It is dry at the finish with a hint of spicyness and a distinct acidity structure. The wine has long future storage potentials and goes well with Asian cooking, cheese and mild game. 13.5% Alc. and 6.4 g/l acidity.
